MedOS provides health monitoring devices and related software services. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to MedOS are owned by MedOS Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products or services.

8. ABDM Services

Integration with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) is subject to ABDM's terms and conditions. MedOS acts as a Health Information User (HIU) and Health Information Provider (HIP) within the ABDM ecosystem as per regulatory requirements.

9. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, Cards)
• Goods remain property of MedOS until full payment is received
• We reserve the right to modify prices without notice

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
