Heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen (SpO2), skin temperature, sleep patterns, activity levels, stress indicators, and other health metrics collected by MedOS Smart Ring.

Personal Information

Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information.

Device Data

Device identifier, firmware version, battery level, and connection status.

Usage Data

App usage patterns, feature utilization, and interaction with our services.

When you connect MedOS with ABDM, your health data is shared in ABDM-compliant formats (FHIR R4, CDA). You control all data sharing through the ABDM consent manager. We only share data you explicitly authorize.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request data deletion at any time. Health data is retained for 3 years after account closure for legal compliance.

9. Children's Privacy

MedOS services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
