1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@medos.cc or call +91 1800-XXX-XXXX. Cancellations made before shipment will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.

After Shipment

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can refuse the delivery when it arrives, and the package will be returned to us. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product.

2. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all MedOS Smart Ring products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
  • Product must not show signs of use or damage
  • Sealed items must remain sealed
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used health monitoring accessories
  • Products with broken seals
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Sale items or promotional products
  • Downloadable software or digital content

4. Refund Process

Initiate Return

Contact us via email (support@medos.cc) or phone (+91 1800-XXX-XXXX) within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization

We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label within 24 hours. Products without an RA number will not be accepted.

Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in original packaging. Attach the return shipping label. Drop off at the nearest courier center.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund initiated within 24 hours of receiving returned product
  • Credit card/Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery refunds: 7-10 business days (via bank transfer)

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Warranty Claims

MedOS Smart Ring comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are processed as follows:

  • Contact support with your order number and issue description
  • We will diagnose the issue remotely if possible
  • If confirmed defective, we will send a replacement within 3-5 business days
  • Defective product must be returned within 14 days
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage

7. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹2,500
  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 on orders below ₹2,500
  • Express Shipping: ₹199 (2-3 business days)
  • Return Shipping: Free for defective products and first return
  • Subsequent Returns: ₹99 return shipping charge
